๐บ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ต How the Japanese art of Kintsugi can help you deal with difficult challenges

When was the last time you failed and what did you learn from it?
JAPANESE BUSINESS CONCEPT OF THE WEEK
Kintsugi
Literal English translation: โgolden repairโ
Derived from the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken pottery using lacquer and gold, Kintsugi is also a popular business philosophy that encourages leaders to view difficult challenges as opportunities for improvement.
Kintsugi is all about embracing setbacks and failures.
This Japanese philosophy teaches business leaders to adopt a culture of resilience and adaptability. When leaders foster a supportive environment where employees feel empowered to learn from mistakes, the entire business ultimately performs better.
This Japanese philosophy reminds us of an important lesson:
You can always turn flaws and setbacks into strengths.
