Mono no aware 
English translation: ‘Mono’ means ‘things’; ‘aware’ means ‘feeling’ or ‘sentiment’, and ‘no’ indicates something an object possesses.

Mono no aware is a deeply held belief in Japanese culture that describes the bittersweet experience of seeing something beautiful while knowing that it will eventually fade away. This teaching is all about cherishing the present moment, acknowledging its beauty, and feeling gratitude for the time we have.
